Return Policy
If you have a problem with your order please email us at wildmaremerc@gmail.com. We would be happy to find a solution to your problem.
Returns are grants for Store Credit Only. Provided they meet the following criteria;
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- All original tags attached
- Items must be received by us within 14 days of the purchase date
- Customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping cost is nonrefundable.
- 10% restocking fee applies
- All sale Items are final
No Exchanges: Please place a new order if you are wanting a different item or size, due to limited inventory.
Defective or Damaged Items:
You must notify us by email wildmaremerc@gmail.com if you believe you have received a defective item. This must be done within 2 days of the delivery date.
Incorrect or Missing Items:
You must inform us by email wildmaremerc@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order that you were sent the incorrect item or missing an item.
