Shipping

We ship through UPS and USPS. Tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided at checkout. Please allow 8-10 days to receive your order. We do not ship orders out on weekends.

Incorrect or Missing Items: You must inform us by email wildmaremerc@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order that you were sent the incorrect item or missing an item.

Defective Items: You must notify us by email wildmaremerc@gmail.com if you believe you have received a defective item. This must be done within 2 days of the delivery date.

If Item is Returned to us Because it Was Not Deliverable or the Wrong Address: We are not responsible for shipping to send it again. We are not responsible for lost packages, delivered to the wrong address, or if your address is wrong.
